Home Inspection & Appraisal
Once your offer is accepted, we'll schedule a professional home inspection to uncover any potential issues. I work with experienced local inspectors who know the unique challenges of NEPA homes. Your lender will also order an appraisal to confirm the home's value. If issues arise, I'll negotiate repairs or credits with the seller.
Secure Your Financing
While the inspection and appraisal are happening, you'll finalize your mortgage. I'll coordinate with your lender to ensure a smooth process and keep you informed of all deadlines. This is also when you'll lock in your interest rate and review your final loan terms.
Close & Move In
On closing day, you'll review and sign the final paperwork, pay your closing costs and down payment, and receive the keys to your new home. I'll be there to guide you through every document and answer any last-minute questions. Then it's time to celebrate and start making memories in your new home!
